After these past few months of training my body, I watched the performance through a new set of eyes, a perspective that understands the difficulty of every little movement executed to near perfection by the dancers. Such strength, such flexibility, such CONTROL.

You're making me think about finding an adult ballet class around here...yours sounds super hardcore, though. I just want to wear a pink leotard and dance around to Kermit singing "The Rainbow Connection" like I did when I was five. :)

seriously though, i nearly chickened out. but i literally thought to myself "WWSD/WWGD/WWJD" and it got me out of the house and into the class. THANK YOU GUYS!
it was great. slow, but i need to go to beginners class for at least a couple of weeks just to re-engage some of the muscles im not used to using. so excited!
thought about you jenny, there was a really good video i used to use when i was at uni to keep the pistons firing when i wasnt training. i'll see if i can find it online.
