I'm burning my tongue as I sip my wonderful, steaming mug of hot chocolate. I find it very hard to wait till it cools to drink it...trying and being completely unsuccessful. :)
I wish everyone else as much enjoyment as I'm getting from this heavenly concoction.
I was raised by a true chocolate connoisseur, my dad. When I was a kid it was all white chocolate, but as I grew up I turned to dark. Now, 87% dark is my absolute favorite. Some say it's too bitter. They are wrong.

I agree, Ren! The darker the better. I used to love white chocolate as a child but now I can't even stomach it.
